SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery time

We will do our very best for orders placed before 2pm EST each business day to be packed and sent the same day. We use Australia Post Express which usually is next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities & major metro areas). Regional areas outside the network may take 2-5 days. If you do need something urgently, please give us a call and we’ll make sure it’s top priority!

If you don’t receive your items within 5 business days of ordering, please email sales@idsfashion.com.au with your full name + order number and we’ll track it down for you. A lot of times, it’s just sitting at the post office waiting for collection.

Tracking your order

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, we will email you a tracking number to see where your parcel is!

Delivery cost

All Australian orders are sent via express post for a cost $10.00 per order, or FREE when you spend over $100. There is only one delivery price per order, not per item.

International delivery

We also offers a flat delivery rate of $25 for standard international shipping, or $50 for express international shipping. International orders are sent with Registered Australia Post.

Estimated international delivery time is 1-3 weeks for standard international, or 2-8 days for express international shipping.
