Returns!

We are happy to offer free return shipping for exchanged items! All you have to do is to pay your postage to send it back to us. If you are returning an item, please e-mail us on sales@idsfashion.com.au and let us know your invoice number before sending the item back.

Items must be:

•   returned within 7 days of purchase.
•   returned in its original condition – unwashed, unworn, with all labels & tags attached.

Items must not have any make-up mark or ladies perfume/deodorant, so please look after it when trying on the item.

Returned items that are not in its original condition will be returned to the customer. 
We reserve the right to reject a return if the conditions’ are not met.

Credits And Gift Voucher!

Customers will be issued a store credit for their returned item if the size/colour is not in stock. Store credit will allow you to purchase a different item online or any of the stores located around Victoria. You can find the locations for our store in Store Locator.

We will also include $10 postage to your store credit  so your next purchase will be sent free of charge!

Note: free return delivery excludes sale items, or for multiple returns (exchanges after the first return).

Returns will be processed within 4 days of receiving your items. Store credits can be used both in any one of our stores located around Victoria.  You have 3 months to use your store credit.

Gift Vochers

Can be purchased through the on line store.  PLease make sure that you dont lose this card as it is treated as cash.  All Gift voucher can be used within any ids stores.  You have 12 months to use the card from when it was purchased.

Faultys!

Every item will be inspected thoroughly before we send it out to any customers to make sure you get high quality garments from us.

In case of manufacturing faults, we are happy to replace or refund the item to you.
