All orders placed before 2pm AEST each business day will be packed and sent the same day. We use Australia Post Express which usually is next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities & major metro areas).

FLAT RATE EXPRESS SHIPPING
For orders under $60 = $10 in Australia.
Orders $60+ = free shipping (AUD)
Orders under $60 = $10 shipping (AUD)
Expected delivery time for orders to New Zealand is 2-5 business days depending on location. Please note that there may be delays to shipping during busy periods and holidays.
All other international orders placed via the AU website incur a flat shipping cost of $25.
Please note that the order value thresholds for shipping costs apply to the total value of an order after any discount codes have been applied.
If you do need something urgently, please give us a call and we’ll make sure it’s top priority!
If you don’t receive your items within 5 business days of ordering, please email email@example.com with your full name and order number and we’ll track it down for you. A lot of times, it’s just sitting at the post office waiting for collection.

Click and Collect
Place your order online and pick-up instore. We will email you to let you know as soon as your order is ready. Please wait for this email before coming into store to collect.

- Select 'Pick Up' option at checkout
- Click and collect price starts from $5.
- An email will be sent when your order is ready for collection. Please only go to the store once you’ve received this message.
- Please check the store specific details below for collection instructions and store opening hours. Contactless Click and collect is available in selected stores.
- Please bring your proof of purchase, a photo ID and follow the COVID-19 restrictions in your state.
- Need someone else to pick up your order? Ensure they have the original order confirmation or TAX invoice and present their photo ID for collection at the store.
Please collect your order within 3 days, if orders not collected within 5 days, the orders will be cancelled and refunded.
Return & Exchange
Please fill in the return form on the back of your invoice/receipt slip and send it back to us with the item(s) (in their original condition).
Please contact us to discuss about your return. We will do our best to reserve new sizes/styles if they are available.
*We do not accept returns or exchanges on any sale or promotional items (including coupon promotions). Please contact us for further return enquiries.
You must return the items within 14 days of receiving your order for a credit or exchange. Please see details as below:
- In your return form, please let us know your reasons for return.
- You can place a new order if a replacement size, colour or alternative items are required.
- Any change of mind or incorrect size returns will receive a credit or exchange.
- You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the items to us.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in an otherwise unused condition with all original tags/labels attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging to keep them fresh and clean.
- If you request an exchange, you will receive an email of the exchange order once we receive your parcel. If the new item is of higher value the difference will be on the new invoice. You are liable for the costs of the new item to be shipped.
Any change of mind or incorrect sizing returns on full priced product will be offered a credit or exchange for the returned item. Store credit will allow you to purchase any item online. You have 3 months to use your store credit.
Should you receive an incorrect or faulty product please immediately contact us and return the product within 14 days of purchase. Upon receipt of the returned product we will assess its condition before authorising a refund or exchange. In case of exchange, a replacement product will be sent to you within 7 days of receipt of the returned product in saleable condition.
