Return & Exchange

Need to return or exchange something? Please e-mail us first at to discuss your return. This way we can hold the sizes/styles that you may exchange for.

Please remember that we do NOT accept returns or exchange on any item listed in the SALE section of our website

Please fill in returns form on the back of your invoice/receipt slip and send it back to us with the item (s) (in their original condition).

Please follow the below steps within 14 days of receiving your order.

1. Next to the products listed on the returns sheet please be as details as possible as for you reason for returning.

2. You can place a new order if a replacement size, colour or alternative items are required.

3. Any change of mind or incorrect size returns will receive a credit or exchange.

4. Refunds will be given to faulty garments, any other reason for return will be given a credit or exchange.

5. We will except returns subject to the following conditions for items purchased online subject to the following conditions:

- We will not except change of mind returns for any ‘SALE’ or discounted items, earings or gift cards.

-Items must be return within 14 days of the purchase date marked on the payment slip, with the packing slip/payment slip included.

- You are responsible for any costs accociated with returning the items to us.

- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in an otherwise unused condition with all original tags/labels attached.

-Items must be returned in their plastic packet to keep them fresh and clean.

- If you request an exchange, you must pay for any costs associated with us delivering the exchange item to you and if the item is of a high value than the return item, you must also pay the difference in price.

-Your exchange item will be shipped once you have paid for these costs and we have received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions.

Credits Notes

Any change of mind or incorrect sizing returns on full priced product will be offered a credit or exchange for the returned item. Store credit will allow you to purchase a different item online. You have 3 months to use your store credit.

Faulty Items

Every item will be inspected thoroughly before we send it out to any customers to make sure you get high quality garments from us. In case of manufacturing faults, we are happy to replace or refund the item to you. If you think your item has a fault, please email
